The original 1000 North in Jupiter was co-founded by a group of sports legends and industry elites, including former NFL star Tucker Frederickson, golf icon Ernie Els, and basketball legend Michael Jordan. Other notable partners include Serena Williams, Ahmad Rashad, and Bryant Gumbel.
For the Sarasota location, the founders have teamed up with local developer Kevin Daves, who played a key role in bringing The Concession Golf Club and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences to the area. Leading the club’s operations will be General Manager Tim Fanning and New-Member Director Alex Elshimy, both seasoned professionals in the hospitality industry.

While membership pricing remains undisclosed, access to the lounge at the Jupiter location requires a $5,000 initiation fee and a $5,000 annual fee—a total of $10,000. Sarasota’s club is expected to follow a similar structure, ensuring a curated and sophisticated clientele.
Currently under construction, the club’s interior will reflect the refined aesthetic of the Jupiter location, featuring a spacious mezzanine, a high-end open kitchen, and elegant dining spaces. According to Fanning, guests can expect a hospitality experience that feels as seamless and grand as a scene from Goodfellas, as he envisions personally guiding members through the club’s 2,000-square-foot kitchen.
