Vince LaMaida Bio

Vince is originally from Cleveland Ohio; he grew up in Mayfield Heights and attended The University of Akron. He and his wife nancy have 2 adult children, Alicia and Alec. nancy graduated from Ursuline College with a bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, and is currently a Triage Supervisor for a home health care firm here in Sarasota. The family moved to SW Florida in 2002 and sent both kids through the Venice school system. Alicia went on to graduate from Florida State Univeristy with 2 business degrees. She currently works for JP Morgan Chase in their Data Analytics Program and has just started her MBA. Alec graduated from the University of South Florida with a finance degree and is currently on the SRQ Coastal Living team with Coldwell Banker. Vince has been in the real estate market here in SW Florida since arriving in 2002. throughout his career, he has owner a mortgage company, bought and rehabbed homes, and has been a licensed Realtor since 2008.

Alec Bio

Alec LaMaida is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, but was raised in Florida since he was 3. He grew up in Southwest Florida and went to high school in Venice where he played basketball and volleyball. Alec Graduated from the University of South Florida with a Finance Degree that included a concentration in real estate. Since graduating, he joined SRQ Coastal Living with Coldwell Banker full time after interning with the team for the last two years.

As a successful entrepreneur and business owner, Michelle has a diversified background in sales and service that lends her the expertise to offer a wealth of knowledge, as well as a level of committed professionalism with a strong attention to details offering the best experience for her clients.

Providing 'white glove' service in the Sarasota luxury market for the past several years in the Home Watch and Concierge service industry, Michelle made a natural progression by adding Real Estate to her portfolio. The synergy of these two businesses brings great trust and value to clients and keeps Michelle current in understanding the real estate market, as well as buyers' lifestyles to continue to deliver dynamic service.

As a community champion, Michelle gives back by serving as an Ambassador for the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, volunteering with the American Cancer Society, and participating in many local networking groups and committees. She is a Breast Cancer Survivor and enjoys spending time with her two adult children, enjoys outside activities, traveling, and baking.
